A target system designed to explore options before narrowing, with separate measurement and authority.
Individual components exist at different maturity levels. The integrated system, and any effect it may have on decision quality, are not established.
Three different things
Kept apart deliberately.
Interaction and integration components are locally implemented and covered by tests. That evidence is locally reported; it has not been independently reproduced.
The joined operation — explore, measure, then dispose under authority — is intended structure, not an established system.
Whether the loop improves anything for a person deciding is a claim, not a component. No qualifying result exists, and none is asserted here.

- The reference is independent. Pluraxis may propose or explore structure; it does not construct the governed reference against which it is audited, and it cannot confer authority on structure it proposed.
- Measurement is separate from disposition. Measuring what remains visible does not decide what happens next. DSI measures; GATE governs.
GATE
Authority and controlled execution.
Research-stage authority and controlled-execution infrastructure that keeps measurement separate from disposition. Locally implemented and covered by tests; that evidence is locally reported and has not been independently reproduced. It has no public release and no public documentation surface yet.
